The Aimhigher on-line activity database allows partner universities to record and report upon their Aimhigher and non-Aimhigher outreach activities. The database is password protected, and contains data on the socio-economic makeup of the cohort in every secondary school, academy and FE College in England.
Aimhigher partner universities need to share and process the personal data of beneficiaries in order to deliver and evaluate their programmes and activities. They have entered into an Information Sharing Protocol detailing the steps they will take to ensure all personal data they collect, store or process is protected.
Aimhigher Activity Database users should enter information to the system in accordance with the partnership's reporting schedule, to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is available for management meetings.
