Fast Trackers National Final

Last week was the Fast Trackers National Final with Network Rail and Mott MacDonald.

Our winners from the Midlands Aimhigher Final, South and City College (SCCB), went on to win first place and gained their Gold Industrial Cadets Awards!

During the 3 day competition (2nd – 4th July) our team visited the National College for High Speed Rail and were then tasked with redesigning Birmingham New Street and onward travel options for passengers arriving in Birmingham.

From algae walls for carbon capture to employment opportunities for Birmingham’s homeless community, the talented SCCB team gave a captivating and creative presentation that wowed the judges.
