Young Waiters Morning

The ‘Young Waiters Morning’ is a regular event that takes place at UCB throughout the year in the Brasserie and Atrium Restaurant. These events get fantastic feedback from both the students and the staff. They allow students to develop their confidence and communication skills as well as getting hands on experience of hospitality and catering. This is perfect experience for those looking at careers in hospitality and catering or those who are after a part-time job.
